Design

Produce printing plates(cylinder)

After we got your design,we will start to produce the printing plates.What is printing plate? It is like a mold,we will carve your design on the plates. Different color will be carve on different plate,so the quantity of plates is depend on the colors of your design,and we have to control the quantity of colors ten max.

Printing-Lamination-Drying-Cutting

After the printing plates done,we will start to printing. The next process is lamination,what is lamination?Since there are at least 2 layers of materials of our packaging bag/films,we have to glue them together,we call it lamination.We will use Solvent Free Glue for our lamination,so there are no toxic substances left on our packaging bags/films.After lamination,we will put the films into the drying room to make the glue to be dry,this process will last about 12-24 hours.After that,we will cutting bags or films according to your requirements.
